Awaze Tours' Payment Policy and Terms
- $100 per person initial down payment is required to book a tour.
- 25% of tour cost is due six weeks prior to tour departure.
- Remainder of tour cost is not due until first day of tour.
- For cancellations more than 30 days in advance we give a full refund minus a $100 cancelation fee and any bank wire or credit card fees.
- We do not have a minimum tour size once we have confirmed a tour departure. We will not cancel a tour due to a limited number of participants.
- If you are concerned that you might need to reschedule or cancel a booking, we offer a flexible payment and refund policy.
